(Dan will talk to contact, Then if approved, submit to Mr. Bonk for approval) - Carnival: Donations from students of hoyt dogs, bun, sugar, etc. Possibly admission tickets? - Drive-in movie: Screen outside or inside theatre. Crews - - Crews must meet regularly depending on the crew. (weekly?) - Crew Chiefs must send Dan their schedule (he will post on the calendar) - Costume Crew: a male crew person is needed. - Prop Crew: Spackenkill and Mr. Rivensky have donated from their past productions. - Find “Greased Lightening” PRG possibly? - Set Crew: must finished CONSTRUCTION of set roughly three weeks before show time to give Lighting Crew ample time to hang, focus, and program lights. - House Crew closet inventoried.
Choreography V.S. Staging - - Mr. Scarrone will work with Kylie and Jennie on scenes. - Audition combination - medium length with moves of varying difficulty. - Choreography for Galleria teasers?

If you think about the gym lobby during lunch, you’ll recall the soldiers standing with their little table and some brochures. This is the same idea. With permission from Mr. Bonk and Mrs. Mulvey, we wish to have a stand in the gym lobby, with a poster, some pamphlets and some students to encourage any visitors to join Proscenium. This will be a great way to encourage students one on one with another student his or her own age!! -Are there any questions, comments, ideas, etc.???
